I think your asking about real road for offline. Just add some AIs then start practice then press Ctlr+X for "Time Acceleration" And let the AIs do the work for you. luytyi is telling that he has no grip online, no matter how much rubber there is. Offline its grippy, online with the same rubber - not.
Lol... really strange bug, I sometimes see that rubber takes 2 laps to be completly loaded (in some non ISI's tracks) and you had not grip in some parts that isn't loaded before that time. But I don't know if that's you are suffering.
