SOLVED Content From Workshop erasing

I downloaded the Indycar 2019 mod and the Toronto Indy race track. I tried to install another track, the mod and both tracks disappeared. I don't know why they disappeared. Can someone help me because I got it working earlier today but when i installed a new track EVERYTHING disappeared

 

Where did it disappear? In the game itself, or in the content manager in the launcher?

If you can't see anything in the game, check at the top of the main menu and see if you have a Series selected. Click where it says Series (above where you click to select a track and car), and select All Cars and Tracks, then click Accept. You should then have all your tracks and cars available.

 

It doesn't show up in the content manager.

 

Are the items still on the workshop?

 

Yes they are, its the Indycar 2019 mod and the iDT Toronto 2017 DX9

 

If you browse the folder ..\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Installed\Vehicles\,
do you have the folder 2019 Indycar Series with the subfolder 0.5 in it, that has 4 mas and 1 mft file included?

 

i do not have a 2019 Indycar Series folder

 

Have you checked that you still have subscribed the missing components in the steam workshop?

 

Steam completely unsubscribed me from it. but when I had it, I installed a track called Barber Motorsports Park 2015, and the mod and both Toronto and Barber didn't show up in the Content manager. If it happens again I don't know what Ill do but I will probably be back on here if it happens again

We are aware there is an issue. Unfortunately it is not in our code.
