Similar to rfactor the value for "concurrent server updates" (multiplayer.ini) is limited to maximum 1000. This should be increased, as with more mods, league activity etc. you will again have to refresh the server list several times (just like in rfactor ...) to see the servers you are looking for.
This value is linked to your bandwitch connection. It cant be 8 times greater I think. Look for some lines below.
