So I played around with track noir via a 60hz cam and using ir filters on ir leds. It just isn't smooth, I am not sure I would expect it to be, but I am really keen on having fluid movement of head tracking. I only have a single screen and this feature is certainly useful (if smooth) I have got all the curves etc working nicely, and the tracking mostly accurate. But it is so so jerky, is a real ir really smooth? I wouldn't even consider it if it wasn't completely fluid. I would rather save money then spend it on monitors and graphics. Is there any magic option I am missing as well?
