Sorry for your loss. Glad to play a part in you being able to do that. Best of luck!

I think that was unstable 339. It would look the same in 342 though.

Hmm yeah you are right
Would love to see some 3D renders with Falken skin..
Amazing screenshots Guys! No one made a comparison one (all same settings) between B300 & B342 yet?
Yes - come on lets see !

Agreed, it doesn't match Assetto Corsa for example, but look at this shot:
Do we really need anything in excess of this level, vehicle exterior-wise anyway? This looks sensational, and I still can't believe it's the same sim!
Looks too flat for me still personally, not dynamic enough. It's starting to get towards GSC2013 style graphically now with good TOD settings, but lacks the dynamic look of the better engines still. The new ISI track though for me even as a conversion is my favourite graphically and also layout, it's a great great track, sky looks great with right lighting. But still rF2 feels inconsistent too much for me graphically. One setting it looks really quite good, next setting it's flat and boring and doesn't feel like a 2013 engine.
Not sure why some are having babies over graphics, they are good but not the massive leap that some make out. It just looks cleaner and runs better. More things just look as they should. Still the same silly LOD and shadows issues in replays that prevent decent use for viewing and/or videos
Completely agree Nismo...
It`s really looking good now but can (and should) look that bit better. It`s starting to get there though so with a bit more time I think it`ll look amazing.
All things are relative in rF2 land. For a long time, this...
... has been how rF2 has looked and been perceived to look (rightly or wrongly). Yes, there are many things which need sorted visually, starting with the age-old disappearing shadows, but comparing screenshot for screenshot, I would call that a relatively massive leap forward.
Anyway, I was talking only about the car exterior model. In my mind, I can see this level of detail coupled with fixed shadows, better marbles and track debris, a bit more drama and dynamism in the environment and weather effects, and the image I see makes me smile again
Shadows on dust, sun occlusion, really amazing! BTW The car look like the T1000 in Terminator 2, you know the metal liquid guys: it look wrong on some screenshot
