Commentary in Race?

Was there going to be a working commentary file in rf2 for feedback during a race (e.g., engineer feedback on performace in race etc) . Threre does appear to be a commentary mod file but I don't hear much being said, in fact nothing at all?

spotter had never worked for me either, untill I did a fresh install when installing build 146, and now I can hear it..... just

It's been there in a few builds at least but only audible if you blow your motor coming out of the last turn and roll across the line unpowered.

Ok at least I'm not the only one who hasn't heard anything....

I can almost hear the spotter (not so clear voice still) with a headset but not otherwise.
