Clio and malaysia updated on fb

ahh ok I see now, you have to use the spinner view for the clio's. Then you will see the ones that are 1.41 alongside all the other 1.0's it's actually funny in that it's like 1.0 1.41 1.0 1.41 and so on. That is the best that can be done presently? Shudders

Ok I get it, I know this is not a beta n all. I got it all sorted now, it is a hassle for some people, and I can see people having issues getting these two things installed. Having said that, nice upgrades guys. I like the animated dudes down pit row, nice touch This is not a new build though, is it? I mean this constitutes as a build? I would think not, so I will

 

I did the same...Malaysia works, but the updated Clio won't show up the Vehicles/series section. Still says Clio 1.0.

I'm sure someone will figure out what the problem is. Anyway thanks for the updated stuff, ISI guys. happy easter!

 

Ok thanks, than it is probably a broken download.

You have to select the Clio in the spinner view, There you See Clio 1.0 and the new Clio 1.41

 

guys it has been answered about the clio's now a few times, Set spinner view to see the 1.41's . Or deleted the clio folder manually and install the new ones. Someone said same thing applies to the track too? I mean it's not hard to figure all this out, but it is annoying nonetheless

 

Looking at the picture posted in post 19 I guess yes

 

I thought the idea of this complex mod components was to save some space. why this new track update is so large?
isn't it supossed to use the core of the track that already we have?

so confused. and we may end with storage 2 times more on hard drive.

It's the old one, 1.42 is the new.
You have to uninstall all four ISI-mods which contain Malaysia 1.2, to get use of all track variants of vers. 1.42.

 

No that's just because it doesn't install properly. It doesn't want to overwrite files that are still in use by an older mod file so it just installs part of it... Or atleast that's what I think it is.

Yeah, what happened to the Bittorrent download option? For me that was always the best. Personally I don´t like the mirror approach too much, I always seem to end up choosing the slowest one.

Please bring the Bittorrent downloads back.

Edit: Since apparently people suffer from broken downloads quite frequently, maybe due to overloaded mirrors, that´s another plus for Bittorrent, file integrity checks included!

 

+1 for torrent, still downloading the malaysia track..or if someone outside ISI can put up a mirror it's also fine for me, they are most of the times also quick.

Have you gone to .../Installed/Locations/Malaysia & deleted the folder 1.2?

 

Ugh also, the mirrors are blinking in the clio's 1.4 on the new layout of Malaysia... Really? Really? I know I know, we are just testing, this means nothing lol, wow

I've always really liked the Clios so happy to have the engine sound issue sorted & also cars feel as if they have more grip.

 

And after installing new malaysia i install this four mods again?

Why is that so complicated to install an update for a track?
