Changing name in profile does not change name in player.json

I installed a fresh rf2 for a new steam user.
Booted rf2 first time and registered to race control with full name and emailaddress.
After this, the name in the player.json didnt reflect the name in the profile.
Also player-id is not matching with steamid.
Closed rf2 and tried again, didnt change in player.json again.

The name in the player.json is mandatory when connecting to community multiplayer servers, otherwise we'll see 'your name' on these servers.

Try enter in "Content&Settings" tab ------ select "My Profile"
