Cars skipping when record replay is enabled

    Since updating to the new build I have noticed that occasionally the cars around me seem to skip/warp back a few feet for a frame or two, then they reappear where they were on the track originally. This only seems to happen when record replay is enabled.

    I had a similar problem in Rf1 years ago, but as I recall that was due to an overclocked cpu.

    Is this a known problem or something on my end?

    Edit:

    Tried "+procmask=3", reducing number of ai, lowering track detail settings, went back to stock cpu speed... All to no avail.
    This warping/skipping doesn't happen all the time. Usually when the car in front is 15-20 feet in ahead
