Hi everybody, I just bought the BMW M4 GT3 and wanted to give it a go, but everytime I try to load a session I get an error and won't progress any further. Doesn't matter which course (original or mod). Error getting stats for texture BMW_M4_GT3_TEST.BMP Error loading texture BMW_M4_GT3_TEST for material WCCARBODY_000 This WCCARBODY is going up by 1 everytime I click ok. I stopped at WCCARBODY_018 Only way to exit the game is via task manager then. Also happens if I go to "Tuning" in the car selection. Doesn't matter which livery I chose. Never had any problems with the game so far. Edit: I just let Steam check for corrupted files, but no change. Still can't use the BMW
My first thought would be to go to your inventory in Steam and unsubscribe. Exit Steam, restart and it should automatically be replaced.
Thanks for the hint, but it didn't work out. Nevertheless I've found the solution. I didn't like the "new" UI that came last year so I stuck with the old one. This seems to be the mistake. Changed to the new one, meaning I unsubscribed from the "old_ui" beta in Steam and voilà, it works. Topic can be closed.
