can't open port 64297

I can't open
64297 TCP
64298 UDP
64299 UDP
because my modem use it and i can't change it :'( (it's rectricted from factory)
If i host with 27013 it's work but in local only and i want in WAN
Can i change the port forwarding ?

Find your multiplayer.json
\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\UserData\player\Multiplayer.JSON

Open with Notepad and change the port numbers.

"HTTP Server Port":64297,
"HTTP Server Port#":"range is 1025 - 65535. Used for file sharing",

"Simulation Port":54297,
"Simulation Port#":"range is 1025 - 65535",
