It's a shame not been able to load a replay or not having an official tool to cut it in smaller pieces.
Endurance racing it's a big part of rf2 community, and it's necessary to get this type of things unbugged.
Just fix it or create something to workaround this headache. If someone external did things like vcrmerge and replay analyzer, I believe you can make something even more useful to stop this from happening.

It has been a recurring problem for years that must be solved. We must consider that serious 24-hour endurance races are organized in which the number of participants is high, and provide a solution to this historic problem. I can't imagine that a new program like Le Mans Ultimate will be planned soon with long endurance races in mind where this deficiency has not been updated.

Somebody really stays 24h in sessions ? I mean, without issues
Most of racers will quit at some point because tired, to rest a little, i suppose.
If you get out of session, after an hour or plus after a stint, you will be able to open replay i presume/hope.
A simple workaround would be to quit/get back to have portions of replays. Does it work ?

You want the server replay for any analysis/incidents, which obviously will be the whole race.

I'm always baffled with the community's answers in the various bug reports. There's a problem with the track cut window switching color at the last millisecond -> don't cut. Big replays can't be opened -> don't do big races/stints. Bruh!?
