Can't make a VMOD - Megane @ LimeRock???

I created a VMOD for the Megane at Limerock but can't join the server... Bug? User Error?

 

Add the vmod to your game manually (not the Get Mod button) and it should work.

I know that, but it doesn't allow you to join the server even if you have the mod.

 

Error while registering mod - Mod ID

I made several VMOD's in Build 118. I now get the above "Error" when I attempt to package and finish the mod using the MAS2 tool.
