I put the Silverstone 1.14 component file in the packages folder like always, and installed it in Mod Manager, and it still shows as v1.01. I tried uninstalling THAT version, and Silverstone isn't anywhere in the game. Mod Manager is really giving me headaches, not just this. I wish this tool were easier to use.
First try deleting rFactor2\Installed\Locations\ISI_Silverstone_2012 folder then install v1.14 only. If that does not work corrupt file as suggested.
If it still shows 1.01, you still have 1.01 installed. To find a track, you open mod manager, click components, click loc in the buttons at the top, and it'll show your locations (tracks). If you can't install 1.14 then you might have a corrupted download, but that's nothing to do with it showing 1.01. That only happens if you didn't remove 1.01.
Check your file size. Is it 363,401 KB? Depending on the source, if you do a right-click then Save As, you may actually save the stub code that links to the d/l source but with the correct file name. Mod Manager will, of course, reject it because it's not a mod.
Could install Silverstone 1.14 and showed up correctly in ModManager - no error - but did not see the track ingame - checked the file again and it was only little more than 200MB - so must be a corrupted DL but no error warning in Modmanager!!!
Sorry - was at work and think I overwrote the 270MB file allready - will check when I get home, but I installed the +300MB file allready and that worked.
