They should be under category Kart Sim, or Kart Sim Pro. Click single player, then you can click select track and select car.

I don't really know what you mean, but if it's the first time launching the game, it has to download a lot of stuff.
Hey....thanks for staying with me... we have had the game 2 or 3 weeks and played the poor quality free I guess I managed to do what you said... I found kart pro...clicked load..screen prompt indicated I had 2 things not loaded....click yes...(yipee) and it locked on that box....loading selected things.. And that is where is stayed for over an hour...actually....so did a cont alt del and I went back to kart Kraft ..
