Can't activate rFactor 2

Hi,

I recently built a new computer so I need to reactivate rFactor 2. However, I have to email ISI for them to reactivate (which I have done) but I am supposed to be racing tonight so is there a way of activating it quickly?

i've upgrade my system to win 8.1 and now i can't activate my game.? I've send a email and no answer.My order n° is lost when upgrading.I own this game legaly and now i can't activate it

 

PM the name and email that was used when you first activated rF2. I should be able to look it up.
