Can't access password protected server online

Hi,
I can’t access a password protected server for some reason. I’m trying to get onto the Sim Racers 4 Life (SR4L) Server 1, and when I type in the password, the field goes blank. Then when I try to type something again, it says Server Connection Failed. I have contacted the people running the server and they don’t know what is going on. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

 

Are you using the default UI ?

a bug has been found with preBuild 770 version of the Minimalist UI

I had the same problem just a couple of weeks ago on our server...typed in the password and then "Server connection Failed". What worked for me was when I reset my router then I was able to join. I have not had the problem since though, hopefully, that might work for you.
