As the title states, using a 360 pad with Microsoft drivers it isn't possible to throttle and brake at the same time, as one cancels the other out as they appear to use the same axis, the same happens in Rfactor1 and other Gmotor games. However, with other games it is possible to throttle and brake at the same time so it must be possible.
