Cannot launch game

Cannot open game past the Rfactor 2 launcher in either single player or multiplayer. Clicking either of those tabs close the launcher and simply reopen it.

Game will launch in developer mode, but my wheel and pedals don't work in that mode.

I tried verifying game files through steam but this failed.
