Is there a way to change which penalties are applied to different infractions? For example, can you set it so that speeding in the pit, or starting off the grid too early would result in a penalty of your choosing? eg, drive through, stop-go.
Those values are set by a gdb, not sure if it's the location or car/series but it isn't adjustable. Logged in as admin on the server you can use chat cmds. /setmass /addpenalty /subpenalty See attached pdf.
