Currently no it doesn't look possible. As you said for oval racing its a must and probably many other forms of racing. I don't see why it can't be done seen as most steering arms in the real world are threaded with rose joints at the end . Have the option to make all 4 corners independant toe and also make it possible to split toe effects e.g front toe adjusts same amount but rear can be adjusted seperatly and visa versa.
I think the moveable toe is Mod Specific.. ie: Ovals racing mods would add that to the car physics- but it s not needed as of right now.
