Just wondering if I can delete all these files from my Documents/rFactor2/Packages folder once I've installed them with the 'Manage Mods' tool?

I would assume it is okay, but thought I should check. I have them backed up but would like to free up the 5gb of space from my SSD.

    Thank you.

Yes, you can. As long as they are installed, the contents in Packages can be deleted, or if you want burnt to DVD, saved on another drive, etc.

I find it so much easier to have a separate folder for my mods and designate that in the MOD manager. Keeps things clean. Especially if you have the game running from the SSD. No need to waste valuable SSD space if you only use it for installation. My advice, just create a folder on your HDD or, even better, on your server (if you own one).
