As the title says, I'd like to see an in-game camera editor, like games like LFS, AC and even iRacing have. It's very useful especially for onboard cams + replays.
Sorry, I forgot to say that I'd like to save those edited cams, while being in-game. I know there are some custom cams, yeah, but not very good or interesting in most cars. It should be something quite easy to add, after all it's just about editing few coordinates and FOV...
You also have free move cam where you can travel wherever you want, zoom, rotate, etc. Only lacks "save mode for a cam" but for me its just enough since i can place the cam wherever i want when recording or streaming.
