It seems like I've got the same problems with build 946 as I had with 930. The frames say it's fine (60-70) but it seems like it freezes every second or so, leaving me with a very stuttery game. Weird thing is that when I practised offline on the new buiild I had no issues at all (9 online cars and 25 cars offline, all visable). I've tried it on multiple online servers with the same result. I've tried setting the value on line 278 in the json file to 255, tried setting it to 2, tried setting it to 4 (ammount of cores I've got), even tried 3 and nothing is working.
