Since I did a new installation of build 228 (totally fresh from lite) I have had several freezes that in some cases are so severe that the the only way to stop it, is to cut the power. Some times it is possible to just kill the process, but not allways.
I get some minor glitch/freeze aprox 10-30 sec before the big freeze, when all screens go brownish striped and the sound is still running. I have checked the GPU temp and it is never over 65c . I did a 6 hour endurance race on sunday with build 218 without any issues at all, so this points towards some issue with rF2 rather than hardware.

Is there a crashlog somewhere to be found?

Just realized that this perhaps should be in the technical support and not in build 218...
    Move it please moderator.

Anyone have an idea what might be causing the problems?

Did some further testing and removed HDR. For now it seems to have fixed the problem.
Ran 20 min without any crash.

I'm using fxaa, but no AA or vsync, ingame.
Using CCC to set AA instead.

Seems HDR has been a culprit for these kind of problems before.
As the change log suggesys that some work has been done on HDR it might have reintroduced the problem?

The freeze issue is still there even whith HDR turned off.

Now, I'm lost on what to do.

As it points towards something graphical, I decided to install a new AMD driver (13.6 beta)
I was on the WHQL 13.4 before.

Now it seems to work as it should again :D
Strange, as I have not done any changes at all between the SCES race on sunday and the update to the 228 build.
