Only Hyundai and Toyota can set the onboard fuel mixture up to 7/7.
The video is from a practice session (online), but I haven't checked if I have these symptoms in all sessions.

    Version
    Hyundai: v1.35
    Toyota: v1.47

Wiki says the 2022 Toyota uses the new M-Sport engine(replaces Swindon) while 2022 Hyundai stayed with Swindon so engine differences should not account for those differences.

2021 is a Swindon engine, and 2022 is a Hyundai engine tuned by Swindon.
Fuel mixture "7" is a mixture for P2P, and originally it is a value that cannot be selected in the onboard mixture setting.

The 2021 don't have P2P do they? Are they blocked from mode 7 or can they all use it?

I have tested this with the 2021 BMW 330i and the new 2021 Astra. On the setup page the max value is 6. But onboard you can go up to 7.
