I just recently started running night races and noticed there is no brake disc glow at night. Is this a known issue? Brake disc glow is fine during the day. I was running at Sebring with all s397 cars.
Hey Lazza, Yeah, I believe I was mistaken a little. The disc glow effect is more noticeable with the lmp cars and I was driving a GTE car and I did see that in heavy braking the discs did faintly glow under heavy braking. I do think this effect could use an update for all cars. The disk glow effect seems way to faint compared to what you normally see in night races in real life. Most of the lap the glow isn’t noticeable at all for the GTE and GT3 cars in the game. I’m not complaining I just think it is something that would make night races visually more interesting and improve the sim overall.
