Maybe it's pretend to be so, but every time I join server the grip level is different. Sometimes optimum grip appears after 1-2 laps. Sometimes It's just there immediately, but sometimes grip just sucks even after 5+ laps.
When you join the server, it takes some time for the real road to fully load. After the new build, S397 has added a message that appears in the chat box, letting you know that it's still loading. When it goes away, it's loaded.

this doesn't mean though that the grip isn't there. It's just the visual aspect

Time zones here, are converted automatically right?

Is it possible to adjust mirrors in VR? By default it's almost impossible to see someone behind. I know that it's not that important for the back of a grid, still I need not only for upcoming race ))

Yes, you can use the seat-adjustment buttons combined with some buttons to change the mirrors. It's a hassle, but doable. Unfortunately those settings are coupled to car+livery combination though.

Will there be any elaboration on the "conditions:mixed" part or are we just going to have to be prepared for anything? :D
I would prepare for anything Risto. TBH I don't know the details yet, but let's see. If i can i will post weather forecast on raceday.

Q will be extended to 20 mins (and then 5 min less warmup) as per schedule.
Its seems like there will be coming in some dark clouds at the middle/end part of the race, prepare for wet weather racing ;)

A few didn't submit livery - i will send out details in a few hours to those who did.

Could you also write down the "session time out" value used for qualifying?
This is as important as the quali length as the default timeout is shorter than the length of the lap.
I remember we had this discussion last rounds but since it wasnt written down anywhere so its been forgotten.
