BMW m4 gt3 not available to drive?

The M4 gt3 is installed but not in my library?
What does that mean?
I thought I had purchased it but in game there is a store icon next to it?

 

It's hard to see on the low Res Screenshot, but it looks as if you own it and that it is installed.
Can't you select it in the Menu?

Which Subfolders do you have in the Folder
..\rFactor 2\Installed\Vehicles\BMW_M4_GT3_2020
And which Files do they contain?

EDIT and are you sure that you purchased it?

 

I deleted the installed folder and they redownloaded, BMW still not available.
I will check what is in the folder.
NO I'm not 100% sure I bought it, is there away to find out, would it be in my installed folder if I hadn't paid for it?

 

Is it not under GT3 instead of BMW?

 

With the new System, that you don't have to own all Cars on a Server, to race on it, it can happen, that you have something installed that you don't own.
Check the in Game Store, there you should see if you own it or not.
And yes, as @The_Bad_Fasterd has said, it's listed under GT3 in Game.

 

Check your steam inventory (or even purchase history).
