best lap times on list vanish when person disconnects List should show all best laps even if person disconnects This would be good for a weekend hot lap competition etc Not hosting yet but know this was always a problem -I’m not interested in using 3rd party plug-ins etc that can give trouble & need setting up etc
I understand this as an option. Otherwise, for other could be annoying. I don't want to see the times of everyone who has entered in the server from the begining of the session. Only the lap times of the current people in the server. The hotlaps system are made to show the historic data.
But if it were a hot lap comp say over a whole weekend then just the hot lap of each partisapant ( on or already logged off server ) should be displayed Currently they are lost when a user logs off
In an endurance race, during a weekend can participate 50 cars * 3 drivers. The list would be enormous. That's why i think that there would be an option.
Nothing wrong with a big long list Obviously the fastest time at Top then slower as goes down the list
I disagree, when I join a server I only want to see who I'm racing with, not some list of people who have been there. Imagine if this was the case in the WFG competition where in the first round over 600 people competed. Would take a month of Sunday's to find where you are. The results page from WFG was also a test bed for part of the new competition setup with the new UI when it arrives, so that looks like the way things are headed.
Use be we simple to highlight the players currently online Could have a new tick box in event options “hotlap event “ when ticked best laps stay (can still have highlighted who’s currently on would be nice) Thanks for responses feedback good info all, hope studio397 consider this perhaps as part of the new UI
