Beginning to mod tracks - Max plugins?

    Hey, I'm looking for the gmotor Max utility in the Dev Corner part of the site and...what is it called? Is it InternalsPlugin6? I feel like the files in there don't go into Max, or else I just don't know how to install them...please advise?
