I'm new to Rfactor 2 but planning to use it for a project and I'm looking for help. I won't be doing modding as such, eventually I will build a track but that's months down the line. Right now I'm looking at manipulating menu options. So when entering race mode you can select how many laps there should be in a race. I want to set this before launching Rfactor, because in my head this information gets loaded from somewhere that I could change. Could anyone help by pointing me in the direction of where this kind of thing would exist in the file structure, if it is possible to be done. Cheers

You can find those in your .plr file. It's in "rFactor2<Data>\UserData\player". You'll find the lines under [Game Options]: "GPRIX Race Laps" and "MULTI Race Laps". This is a valid forum for this question. When you want to do some modding, then you'd want to be asking questions regarding that in the forum Jamie Shorting provided.
