The DRS zones on all layouts except the regular GP layout start and end in places they shouldn't. Video can be provided if needed, I don't own any official cars which use DRS but as far as I can remember that shouldn't matter.
Yeah I wondered too, why there is a DRS zone where thr track undulates left-right-left right. Thought DRS would only be safe on straights.
DRS 1: Detection zone – 50m before Turn 1; Activation zone – 23m after Turn 3 DRS 2: Detection zone – 10m before Turn 9; Activation zone – 50m after Turn 10 DRS 3: Detection zone – 110m before Turn 14; Activation zone – 170m after Turn 15 More info here: https://www.fia.com/sites/default/files/decision-document/2022 Bahrain Grand Prix - Event Notes.pdf
Yeah thats reallife, but try to drive around the Endurance layout at check where the DRS zones starts, and You will see that the middle one comes quite weird.
So does the 2nd DRS zone start after turn 19? If so, that seems okay, but I don't yet own the track. Perhaps the other layouts beside the GP shouldn't have DRS zones. Also, the endurance cars racing on the endurance layout don't have DRS, so maybe they weren't thinking about that.
most of DRS zones are maybe correct in the non-offical ones https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=748075241&searchtext=bahrain https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2716406430&searchtext=bahrain or lenght of modded track make the drs position different !
