Does anyone else experience the same problem as me? It's almost as if the game is lagging, like online, but I'm playing offline. Anyone tell me what settings they use with an R7 260x? Many thanks Jake
That's a pretty lowly card in terms of both raw power and VRAM, and I therefore wouldn't expect triple screens to be too playable, however, hopefully we can prove me wrong, lol First, can you state your GFX settings? In-game and AMD control panel? In-game options: Can you start by turning every in-game GFX option to medium for now except both reflection settings? Turn both reflection settings to off for now (car reflections still happen to a certain extent when it's set to off, don't worry). Set shadow blur to either off or fast for now. Set Anisotropic filtering to 4x for now. Make sure FXAA is not enabled. Set Anti Aliasing to none. AMD control panel: I would try setting it all back to default for, both, the global graphics settings as well as your RF2 specific graphics settings, if yo've created an RF2 profile that is. If you haven't created an RF2 profile ;in your AMD control panel), the game will just go by your global settings. Can you try all that and get back to us? Thanks
Thanks for replying, I will try your suggestions tonight. The card isn't too bad, I can run assetto corsa and project cars on triple screens without too many settings turned down, so I figured it should be fine for rfactor.
the game is getting out of realtime with this build I have the same issue http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/24364-Slowdown-after-Build-946?p=360342&viewfull=1#post360342
