just want to report my experience with this automatic update. from build-125-full to 134 automatic update (default install paths) first attempt failed to complete, with these errors below: Checking for updates. Retry number: 3 Downloading UImaps.mas.rfbz2 to Installed\UIData\rFactor2 UI\1.0d\ Download canceled second attempt completed, but with some immediate game issues: replays would not play. showrooms would not load (grey background, no car) i decided to dump it all, and install 135-full, all problems are gone. i don't feel the dl errors were my connection, i suppose it could have been though. normally i install full builds fresh, i wanted to try the automatic update this time only to test the feature.
There was a replay format change, so that might not be related, but thanks for posting everything else. Good feedback.
I'm seeing the same issue, but with cmaps.mas.rfbz2, about to kick off my 3rd attempt at auto-update (1st failed attempt was was a manual update)
