KNOWN Auto Updater does not work

    Hi folks,
    I've got a problem that has been there since I wanted to update to build 300. The "Update" tab in the menu is grey and unavailable. For Build300 I downloaded the new version made a complete uninstall and reinstalled the new version.
    Now there is the same problem again...

    Can anyone help me with this?

    are you logged in in the main window?

    It worked. I logged in at the main window, in purchase mode and activated again. Then I could update again.
