Hello guys, Im not too sure if anybody is with me on this. When you are in multiplayer, it would be nice it if automatically went to the chat window, so you dont have to keep selecting the mouse and finding the window to select. Its easier for when you want to have a natter with people. Just a thought. Plugz
When you press 'escape' from a few laps on track, I would like to be able to chat without touching the mouse. You cant. it would be nice it if automatically went to the chat window
Sorry to slightly derail the thread Plugz, but I'm sure I read somewhere that you could define how many lines of chat appear when you're on track. I want to see chat when I'm racing but whenever new chat comes up, loads of previous lines of chat come up too. Is it possible to specify just the last couple of lines appear? Its too intrusive for my liking. Oh, and can anyone answer Plugz question?
Thanks Smithaz and John, I knew some of you were with me lolol Yes Argo0, thats another thought as well, old chat appearing. I will have a look around for that. Im sure the active chat window would be a good update
Sorry also to derail a bit, but... you can't change a line of text you've typed but not yet "entered". Only the backspace key will move the cursor backwards which of course erases everything as it goes back. The back arrow does nothing.
Thanks Tim great stuff Yes Rick, its the same as its always been. GTR, GTR2, GTL, they all have the same workings. You have to make sure you've typed the right thing, any errors and its back to the start. Sometimes I try and type just a little too quick for my own good, and it all goes wrong!! 1 attempt, 2 attempts, 3 attempts, ahh, there she is!!!!!
