These are difficult for modders to get right or even near as such information is generally not available, at least I have not found and there is quite little talk about them. Here is one thread that will help a bit to figure out what is antidive. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/911-930-turbo-super-charging-forum/529905-anti-dive-spacers-2.html I have been trying to source information so that I can figure out antidive for Firebird that I'm making, but so far I haven't quite managed to get enough information. View attachment 3511 CG height is 84 pixels (red +), that is 508mm from ground. 39 pixels is where drawn line crosses cg vertical location and as one pixel is 6.04mm that is 235mm But such drawn image can be easily 2 pixels off and two pixels in a-arm angle means tens of percents in antidive, so that is more of desperate attempt than anything that can provide much of anything useful. I don't have measurements of a-arm pivot points, no access to real car, so I guess there are no other way around the issue?
It is silly that I have this level of data, but nothing else on antidive than just mention it is in suspension geometry. View attachment 3528 View attachment 3529 View attachment 3530 I have been attempting to make suspension with car factory, but it refuses to make suspension with so low roll center, without exact measurements from front a-arm mounting points it of course too is quite a challenge to get right or even near. This is closest I have reached, also I know that engine was 27" wide, but I can't figure out way how any of this still could be used for finding out anti dive % as pics still have disortions, line drawing can have errors, how others get around of this issue? http://i54.tinypic.com/2uysyf4.jpg http://images.craigslist.org/5L65M65R63Fa3of3Hdc5lb62b2ac6e3c11d82.jpg http://images.craigslist.org/5La5G45E23Me3Ic3Hfc7h715cab59e8e01a14.jpg
