AMD FSR

RF2 isn't one of the best performance games I've ever tried. Specially at night time with headlights my performance is tanked quite a lot - same with rain, that also enables headlights on AI cars.

I saw impressive results on FPS gains while mantaining virtually the same image quality. RF2 or really any game could benefit from this.

Hope you can bring us this, because your last content is much heavier on GPU.

 

I haven’t tried it but https://github.com/fholger/openvr_fsr/ is said to work with rF2.

Not sure if its possible to use without VR, can you? Any way, I looked at it and it leads you to a Chinese site or something and I can't understand anything.

Hum, have to look better at it then. Shouldn't it lower it with better FPS? I saw good results even in my GPU? Maybe it's about not being native.

 

I use Pimax 8k Plus and in Steam VR the latency goes up if you raise the supersampling with the rescaling, but if it works in rfactor 2 ... not being native can be the culprit of the latency, but I'm not sure about that !!!
