Allow 1-lap races, for long tracks

I am trying to set up a race using the awesome track Targa Florio, which is 45 miles long. (Sidenote: I'm using the newly updated Superkart mod with raceable AI) Well anyways, it doesn't allow races of less than 2 laps.

It would be really cool if this was not a limitation.

 

Change the race to a timed race instead of laps. That will let you just do 1 lap.
