Agression doesn't really do a whole lot unless you mess with the AI skill I hear. AI limiter is basically field spread. Normal races I use like 0% but for oval racing you'd want to bump it up. Don't know a good percentage for that though.

I personally choose not to play "sorcerer's apprentices" with the AI settings :

    1) Player.json without modification regarding the AI.

    2) Aggression = 25% (standard of the game when you install it).

    3) AI limiter = 5% (game standard when you install it).

    4) On the other hand, the strength of the AI is to be chosen according to your level + knowledge of the tracks + knowledge of the car.

NOTE: I have noticed that AI does more and more randomly and is more likely to damage you when AI strength is low (<95%).

Personally with the GT3 and GTE I generally play at 100%, with the Mc Laren MP4 13 rather 95%, when I know very little a track I play rather 95% unless I plan to do at least 15 minutes of training.
