I set up a race only with AIs (including my car controled by AI) and started to rain during the race. My car didn't go to the pits to change to wet tires, and than ran laps around 2m10s. Despite it's persistence to not change tires, nothing wrong with performance. But, all the other AI cars changed their tires and ran laps around 2m15s!
