Not sure this is a bug as such but something I've (only!) just noticed: When the time ticks to 0:00 the AI on flying laps dont continue and finish that lap, they head straight into the pits. I've just seen it with the Meganes and out of 12 AI on a flying lap at the end who came in, 8 of them had better sector splits! This of course is a bit wrong as they need to finish that lap and then return to the pits.
