I have a very annoying problem with my Accelerator, it takes about 30%(pic1) throttle to get any revs, but then redlines at about 35%(pic2), and when I ease off it doesn't stop redlining till about 20%(pic3). It does this on all modded cars and rfactor cars, I have tried using my wheel settings and in game settings, I have tried the realfeel FFB plugin, I have tried all variations of digital throttle rate and axis sensitivity but this has zero effect. As you can see the GID plugin detects the throttle input perfectly. I have tried adjusting the in game clutch setting with no joy. I am using the Thrustmaster F430 wheel and pedals(no clutch) and Win7 64bit. My rfactor version is 1255 lite. All driver aids are off. The throttle works perfectly and the same in all other racing sims.
