Ability to turn In-Car Hud off?

    Is there any way to turn the in-car HUD/dash off or make it a black screen?

    No, unless it's on the steering wheel, which you can disable.

    In the Graphics settings under Visual there is a HUD Enabled button that you can turn on and off. This will remove the multifunction display from the screen. I don't think this is the one you're talking about, though.
