Wait and see if Lazza will work on it or not I suppose. Funny thing is, it seems like it works for some and not others. Or you could go back to 32 bit.

Is the plugin in the plugin folder inside the Bin64 folder?

I have the plugin working, at least in 64-bit version.

I used the version of plugin of 28 of June and placed it Bin64 folder of fresh-installed B798.

Works perfectly fine for me. From the get go. If it doesn't work it's not software problem (the actual plugin). Make sure you put eveything in the right place and if it's 32 or 64 bit version you're launching.

How? Let's assume that everyone has the same plugin file, same place where he/she keeps it and motec plugin decides who has to suffer and who is "daddy's boy"?

I'm thinking sth wrong with sth else, while the plugin is perfectly fine.

Not much to explain really, click on rF2 launcher and it crashes within seconds. Not sure what a daddy's boy has to do with this. lol.

It has an issue with UAC/permissions (that causes a startup crash). Would rather keep discussion in the plugins section, it's not part of rF2 itself.

There seems to be differences in whether someone updated or reinstalled with this build.

Everyone who is reading this, please post if you UPDATED or REINSTALLED and whether the plugin works for you. Let's figure this out.

    Reinstalled. Does not work

Interesting post. After changing security settings of the rf2 folder I was able to load up rf2 with the plugin installed.

    Anyway, thanks for the hint.

The plugin isn't very aware in general. I never ever use UAC or install to folders I don't have full access to so I overlooked a number of factors there. It will be fixed at some point.

The plugin will need to be put into a different place than before. Seems some in the plugin thread are explaining what they did. Unfortunately right now I'm basically offline so can't offer much advice.

    http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/3336-rFactor-2-Motec-Plugin

That's where any updates are announced. Discussion should really be kept there because ISI don't have a license for it, or endorse it, and I'd like to limit the number of people reading about it here and running off to motec asking for help with i2Pro as an rFactor user. It makes ISI look bad which isn't fair.
