I though it was just a track or a car but it seems to be across the board. some places/cars worse then others. Just now joined the ISI server at Palm Biach and it all went pretty well until I had to avoid a sliding car in front, I want off track, got back, and then it started. violently rattling, on curbs, tarmack, wherever. Almost as if my dirty tires and a possible flatspot was causing this. And it would not go away either, so much so that I could not hear my own rev's and was guessing what I should be doing on power down and I could not hear cars in front or behind. Eventually I aborted the race which I was obviously winning (not quite!) Did some searching onnit but most is 2012. I probably should start to experiment again with ffb settings but i'd rather not, it was pretty spot on in 300 and a few before. Pretty happy with the F2 server though, just recently re-discovered the mod and its frigging great
Flatspots will feel like riding on rumble strips with no smoothing on the wheel. I recommend everyone try at least once in a FISI and no smoothing and go do a huge lockup. Quite shocking
I'm starting to suspect this issue is just for the Williams JPH1B, cannot reproduce the same issue with other cars.
