1st question, is the process described in this link still the proper way to go about making tyres? I'd heard there's a new model on the karts earlier this year, didn't know what was different or if it effected how I make them.

2nd question: our cars run a tyre that's much wider then the rim and because of this our sidewall is much more rounded from the contact patch to the bead compared to a normal setup. Is it recommended that I put the extra verticies on the sidewall to give it the bulge of the real tyre or no?

3rd and final question: Should I model the actual grooves into the rain tyres or just texture them? I would assume model it as it directly effects grip and movement but unsure of how the game would read it.
