Hi Drivers ! This is one of the reason the SimRacing-GP project started. Each autumn there is the end of the daylight saving time. This gives us the opportunity to race for 25 hours within a single day ! Well, of course, this is in theory since the DST does not happen everywhere and not the same day around the world So, for a first try, the "European" date has been chosen : 24-25 Oct. night. In case of a problem we could have a second try the following week ("USA" DST). About the track and cars, it is open to your suggestions ! Since I don't know how to make polls , please answer the following questions if you are interested : 1- What should be the race starting time ? > suggestion is Saturday 24 Oct. @12:00 UTC 2- What should be the track ? It needs to be long & large enough. > suggestion is Silverstone or Malaysia 3- How many car classes ? > suggestion is 1 4- What should be the cars ? Be sure engine and brakes can last 25h ! > no real idea here : ISI Nissan or Chevy ? APEX GT3, so it could be a sort of preparation race for this Nords 24h ? The ever popular URD mod ? Something else ? Speak out ! I give us untill the end of August to gauge the interest in this.
