Hi there, is it possible to have more than 1 installation of RF2 using steam? We on the bockbierbude have build our own syncronization tool, that makes sure that all the users have the correct content joining our servers. Because we have 24/7 servers we run a lot of cars and tracks included in 3 different VMods. Our tool deletes all the non bockbierbude files while its running, thats why an extra installation for our users would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
I would suppose that, as long as the Steam Update System takes affect on the rF2 installation, even it's a cloned one, it will install all files to that the user has subscribed. And because the subscription to the ISI content is hardcoded (i suppose it is), at least all with the Bockbierbude deleted ISI components will be installed again if you run the game the next time. So you maybe have to modify your Tool.
